Scholarship and Internship Information

A large amount of scholarship money that has been set aside by companies for deserving students are either collecting dust of or being returned to businesses because of a lack of interest.

The following is a list of scholarships and their Web addresses to pass along to friends and family members with college-bound kids so that this free money will not go to waste.

Getting Started

The FAFSA website is the most useful resource for obtaining financial aid. To apply for federal student financial aid, and to apply for many state student aid programs, students must complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The information you provide on your FAFSA determines if you are eligible for financial aid. After processing your FAFSA, the Department of Education mails your Student Aid Report (SAR) to you and sends a copy electronically to the schools you list on your FAFSA. Schools use your SAR's Expected Family Contribution (EFC) number to determine if you will receive federal financial aid.
