Recent graduates that have participated in NASA Education programs can apply to the recruitment notice announcements and be accepted into the Federal Career Intern Program (FCIP). FCIP intern appointments are usually 2 years and the student is a full-time Civil Servant. Once the student completes FCIP, he/she is eligible to be non-competitively converted into JSC's workforce.
